Service

The plumbing between your ads, your CRM and your inbox.

Lead routing, lifecycle sequences and automated reporting, so leads stop going cold in a spreadsheet.

Most automation projects fail because they automate a process nobody had agreed on. We write the process down first, then automate the parts that reward consistency and leave judgement to people.

What’s included

What you actually get.

CRM integration

Ad platforms, forms and CRM wired together so a lead’s source survives all the way to closed-won.

Lead routing and scoring

Rules that get the right lead to the right person quickly, with scoring based on what actually closed before.

Lifecycle sequences

Follow-up that runs on behaviour rather than on a calendar, written to sound like a person wrote it.

Automated reporting

Daily refreshes, anomaly alerts and pacing checks delivered before the weekly meeting, not during it.

AI-assisted operations

Search-term triage, anomaly detection and first-draft creative variations, each with a human approving the change.

Documentation

Every rule written down and versioned, so the system is maintainable by someone other than us.

How it works

In the order that matters.

  • We map the process as it exists today, including the parts nobody documented.
  • The steps that reward consistency get automated; judgement stays human.
  • Everything is instrumented so you can see what the automation decided and why.
  • Rules are reviewed monthly and switched off when they stop earning their keep.

Questions

Before you ask.

Which tools do you work with?

Whatever you already pay for, where possible. We would rather make your existing CRM and email platform work properly than sell you a migration you did not ask for.

How much of this is AI?

The repetitive parts: anomaly detection, search-term triage, first-draft copy variations, reporting. Strategy, budget decisions and anything touching your brand stay with a person who can explain the reasoning.

What if we want to take it in-house later?

Good. Everything is documented and lives in your accounts, so handing it to an internal team is a normal handover rather than a rescue.
